All orders are delivered to the 48 states of the continental United States for free, and customers do not need to pay any other fees when they receive the products.

Shipment Policy:
As part of our efforts to provide superior customer-service, All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days, and for urgent orders, they will be shipped the next day after the order is placed..
Tracking information is provided via email following shipment of your orders.

You may also note that once an order has reached a certain level in the fulfillment process, it may be too late to modify or cancel it.
P.O. Box orders shipped via UPS & FeDex require a physical street address for accurate delivery. UPS & FeDex are unable to deliver to a PO Box located with the local Post Office. Orders shipped to a PO Box are ineligible for delivery by UPS & FeDex and may incur additional shipping charges for which the customer may be held responsible.
Most of our products are shipping within 3-5 business days. If need more time,we will descript it in product information.If over 5 day,we will send following emeil to you for reason. For urgent time,please send us email form to explain and we will give you best choice. And all delivery charges have been paid when you ordered. Cancellation Policy:
If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact customer service within 2 hours or simply reply to the order confirmation email with cancellation request. Ledlightingwholesalellc will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter. Items that are special order, marked as shipped and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply on special order items and items marked as assembly. In the event that an item cannot be cancelled, customers are able to return eligible items.
Out Of Stock Items And Backorders:
If at the time of delivery, products in stock will be shipped immediately. If some products are not in stock, they will wait until the stock is replenished before arranging the delivery, and will notify the customer by email when the customer places an order. If the customer does not reply to the email within 24 hours, we will notify the customer by text message or phone call. If there is no reply after 48 hours, the order will proceed as scheduled. If the customer wants a refund, only the part that has not been shipped will be returned. For those that have been shipped, follow the return and refund policy.
